1. Personal Information Collected Through the Reachu Solution

When you use, access, register for the Reachu Solution, and purchase products or services facilitated through our Solution we collect certain information about you. The main reason for this is for us to be able to offer our Solution to you and deliver on the terms set forth in our Terms & Conditions. Examples of how and what we use your information for includes:

  • Processing of orders, let you manage your account, and enable you to sell products.

Reachu uses cookies and similar technologies to help provide, protect, and improve the Reachu Solution.

3.2 How Reachu Uses Cookies

We use information gathered from cookies to help improve your experience on our Solution, for security and to personalize content. For example, they help us to identify and customize the experience for you, or to determine the most relevant related products or User Profiles to show you when you're browsing. The list below details how we use cookies on our Solution:

  • Necessary: These are required for the operation of our Solution. They include, for example, cookies that enable you to log into secure areas of our Solution. Examples of necessary cookies we use are JSESSIONID which is used as part of security to access the Solution or X-Mapping- which is used to route data and page requests to the correct server. These cookies are deleted when you close your browser.

  • Functionality: These are used to recognize you when you return to our Solution. This enables us to personalize our content for you, greet you by name and remember your preferences (for example, your choice of language or region). An example is stack_ch which allows us to track your entire journey on our Solution or gpv_p12 which captures which page on three.ie you've come from prior to the one you're on.

  • Session cookies: These are used to maintain your session when you sign in on Reachu, or when purchasing a product facilitated through our Solution. If you choose to deny this cookie, this will affect your ability to purchase online or to remain signed in on your account online. An example of a session cookies is PHPSESSID. The PHPSESSID cookie is set by our website to enable it to store state data. It is used to establish a user session and to pass state data via a session cookie. It helps maintain a logged-in status for a user between pages.

3.3 Third party cookies

We use cookies served by third parties in order to improve our Solution; personalize your experience; and understand how our Solution is used. We also use cookies to make our advertising on other websites more relevant. Using information collected about you for advertising purposes is known as targeted or behavioral advertising. In general, we keep the information you provide us with and generate through our Solution, for as long as is necessary for the performance of the contract between you and Reachu (see Terms and Conditions) and to comply with our legal obligations. This means we keep the information as long as you have an account with us or upon the completion of a transaction. Once you terminate your relationship with us, we generally continue to keep certain information for legitimate business purposes, such as to ensure we are compliant with local tax laws and regulations and audit purposes.

5. EEA Residents - Your Rights

We want you to be in control of how your personal information is being used by us. As a user of Reachus´s Solution you have several rights associated with your information. In accordance with European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to the following:

  • The right to access: You have the right to request Reachu for copies of your personal information. We may charge you a small fee for this service.

  • The right to rectification: You have the right to request that Reachu correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request Reachu to complete the information you believe is incomplete.

  • The right to erasure: You have the right to request that Reachu erase your personal information, under certain conditions.

  • The right to restrict processing: You have the right to request that Reachu restrict the processing of your personal information, under certain conditions.

  • The right to object to processing: You have the right to object to Reachu processing of your personal information, under certain conditions.

  • The right to data portability: You have the right to request that Reachu transfer the information that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.

These rights can be exercised at any time by updating your information and preferences in the account settings page on the Reachu Solution or contacting us at support@reachu.io. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.

6. California Residents - Your Rights

Third Party Marketing. California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits you to request information regarding the disclosure of your Personal Data to third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. Please contact us at the Contact Information below to request such data.

In certain circumstances, California consumers have the right to request that we delete their information. In addition, California consumers have the right to request, up to twice in a 12-month period, that a business that collects Personal Data about the consumer disclose to the consumer the information listed below for the preceding 12 months. We have the right to request verification of your identity for all requests for information.

Reachu´s Solution is not directed to children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 years of age. If you are under the age of 16, please do not use the Reachu Solution and do not provide any personal information to us.

8. Changes to the Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time, to reflect how we are processing your information. If we make significant changes, we will make that clear on the Reachu Solution, or by some other means of contact such as email, so that you are able to review the changes before you continue to use our Solution. If you disagree to the updated Privacy Policy, you may cancel your account and discontinue using our Solution. If you do not cancel your account before the changes in the Privacy Policy becomes effective, your continued access to the Reachu Solution and use of our Solution will be subject to the updated Privacy Policy.
